Educators, like artists, have been stealing from one another for centuries. Lessons and units, policies and procedures, worksheets and test banks. But we want to go beyond sharing materials to sharing mechanisms. Exportable is an irregular series of interviews that asks educators to reflect on what of their practices work best and could be implemented by almost anyone else to positive ends. We don't want lesson plans and we don't want quirks of personality. We want strategies that transcend content, grade level, and teaching style. We want to find what's most exportable.
