Once again, I'm stuck having just finished a book, unsure of what to read next. My To-Read stack is almost always at least 10 books high, but typically I have a shortlist of one to three from which to choose whenever I finish any given book. But now, for the second time this month, I'm stumped. So if you happen to find yourself browsing this page, and you happen to have read any of the titles below, and you would like to make a suggestion--well, please do.
- A Moment in the Sun (Sayles)
- Medium Raw: A Bloody Valentine to the World of Food and the People Who Cook (Bourdain)
- The Corner: A Year in the Life of an Inner-City Neighborhood (Simon)
- The Pale King (Wallace)
- Mystic Pig (Katrovas)
- The Handbook for Lightning Strike Survivors (Young-Stone)
- One D.O.A., One On the Way (Robison)
- The Man Who Loved Books Too Much: The True Story of a Thief, a Detective, and a World of Literary Obsession (Bartlett)
- A Game of Thrones: A Song of Ice and Fire (Martin)
- Nine Lives: Mystery, Magic, Death and Life in New Orleans (Baum)
- The Man From Beijing (Mankell)
- Embassytown (Mieville)
- The Tiger's Wife (Obrecht)
- Three Cups of Deceit (Krakauer)
- City of Refuge (Piazza)
- The Beekeeper's Lament (Nordhaus)
